Our current regular workout schedule at the Robinson Theater is Mondays from 4:00-5:00pm & Wednesdays from 4:00-5:15pm. Our schedules are subject to changes which will be posted here.
LOCATION
Our main location over the summer is the Robinson Theater. Click here for their website. Sometimes we'll practice outdoors in one of the many parks in the Richmond area. Those practices will be listed on our announcements page.
